A Meaty Pork Dish...


I was wondering what to cook for today's dinner and managed to think of this dish using minced pork. Basically I add some oyster sauce, five-spice powder, cornstarch powder to marinate it. Then I pan-fried them using a shallow frying pan.
Giselle's daddy said it goes very well with rice just that they were a little too saltish... Oops!
