Samantha's wedding Dinner at Civil Service Club

We reached the venue at about 8pm and thinking we were very late for the dinner. However, when we reach there, there were still a crowd at the reception area. Giselle kept saying the prince and princess got married... hahaha...
We got a table together with Leon and Michelle with their daughter all to ourselves. Needless to say, we couldn't finish the food and wasted alot of food.

Her Daddy and his New Bicycle....

Her Daddy brought us to AMK to buy his bike which he has been thinking for quite some time. It cost a whooping $720 including some accessories. Giselle was the one who was more excited than her daddy today... sitting on the new bicycle. While waiting for her Daddy at the shopping, Giselle had fun running around and posing for pictures....

CV gathering at Adria's house

Giselle, as usual, was very shy when she reached Adria's house. However, she warmed up after that and began to interact with all the aunties one by one.. There she loved playing with Carol's daughter.

There were lotsa food at Adria house... The most delicious dish is the home-made rojak made by Adria's hb, Kelvin... You could see the rojak station set up by him... really like a professional!

Merry Go Round....

Brought her to Great World City today to wait for her Daddy to finish his Gym class and we headed to Adria's house for CV gathering...

Giselle is 38 months now....

... and she is such is grown up now......
I can't even carry her for more than 3 mins each time... She speaks better mandarin now and could recognise about 15 chinese characters. At least my effort to teach her is not wasted... But sometimes she doesn't obey me and her daddy which made me very mad at her... I guess most kids are like this... they really have a mind on her own.... :) Nevertheless, she is still my precious princess and I can't imagine my world without her around... "Mummy Love You Very Much Giselle!"

All set for Kukup Trip 6-7 Sep 08

Adrian's co. has organised this trip and Giselle and I decide to join her daddy to show support. We started the journey at about 10+am with the coach leaving Adrian's office.
We reach Kukup at about 1pm where we had some seafood lunch before we took a boat to the chalet. The chalet was near the jetty and it was a very relaxing place... it was built on stilts with water below us when it was high tide.

Giselle and I had some time to spend some quiet moments at the Jetty with her daddy busy arranging programmes. The breeze was very very nice and anyone could just fall asleep there easily....

The nite programme was wonderful. We adults had fun playing with firecracker and watching fireworks which were even better than NDP in Singapore :)

Food was nice but sinful. Owner was helpful and friendly too. Giselle and Carlynn became good friends there and enjoyed the stay there very well. Bascially a nice place for retreat. For more photos about the place, can refer to:

Princess Water Bottle

Had took half day off to bring Giselle to Bugis for some shopping and also to visit the Guanyin temple for some praying this afternoon.

Picked her up from her school and she was so happy to see me. We shopped for quite some time on the children section of BHG. Everything she goes that, she would go to the area where they have characters like Princesses, Strawberry Shortcakes, Thomas the Train etc items for sales. She would admire the items especially her favourite Princesses items one by one...

Each time she goes there, she would never pester me or demand (zipped) that I must buy things for her... She would just tell me that her classmates have this and that, and I would tell her to that she has other things that they don't have as well.

Anyway, finally today I want to buy something for her (as a reward for being such a good girl) from the Princess shelves and told her choose one water bottle. She was so happy that she instantly told me which one she likes.
After BHG, had wanted to continue shopping at OG. But seeing she looked tired from all the walking, I just brought her directly to temple which was more important.
