Water Play at Vivo City!

Delcare brought the NI & KI kids out for some sun and water at Vivo city. Heard from Adrian that Giselle and all the kids had lotsa fun kicking the water and attacking their teachers...:)

Her behavior recently....

Giselle in school can be very inconsistent. She could be very obedient in school and very naughty the next day. Her toilet visting has been giving her teachers headache as she wants to go to toilet about every 15mins time. Is either she didn't pass out everything at one go or she is really very urgent... I don't have such problem with her at home but her feeding patterns is the one giving me stress when she is at home.

She could refuse to eat, or chew her food very slowly or refuse to feed herself at home....

To Sentosa... Song of the Sea

We went to Sentosa today by taking cable car from Mount Faber. Been talking about bringing her for a cable car ride and we finally did it today. Intially she seems brave and told us that she wasn't scared of heights. However, when we were high about the sea, she began to hold us tight on our clothes... haha

Our next stop was taking the Luge and sky ride. It was quite crowded and we queued for about 30mins...Giselle took one car with her daddy. Adrian told me she was scared when the luge went fast, hence he has no choice but to slow down all the way. I in fact enjoyed the speed and thrill of it as I was riding it alone :)

We proceed to take the sky ride and it was really fun... much better and more worth than taking the cable car. Giselle enjoyed it very much and she excited describing the things she was when she was on it.....





By the time we finished the luge and skyride, it was already 6.45pm and we quickly went to have a quick bite before the Song of the Sea (musical fountain) starts at 7.40pm.

Giselle was scared and turned her head away when balls of fire shot up for special effects. Overall I find the show spectacular with the water dancing to music, lasers and other special effects.... After the show, we went for supper at foodcourt and call it a day at about 9+pm....

Little Ms India.... for Teh Tarik Session....

Her class had a Teh Tarik Session earlier this afternoon and all the kids were dressed up like an indian. When I reached her class, I very pleasantly suprised that Giselle did look like a little Ms India going for beauty pagent.. hahaha... She was prettily wrapped in the shawl that I brought for her. with all the accessories like bangles, jasmine flowers and hair bunned up and the dot on her forehead, she did in a way look like a fair indian... She was a bit shy when she saw me.

When the session started, I thought the kids were going to perform like a real indian did for Teh Tarik... Actually no lah.. haha. The kids were divided into 2 groups, one to pour the tea and the other group to serve the tea to adults....

Happy Father's Day!!! :)

Giselle did this specially for her Daddy for father's day. All of us, including her teacher were very proud of her as she did everything herself... from painting to sticking the seashells on the frame.... Then me and her teacher are thinking, the kids have really grown up...

I was very jealous cause Giselle didn't do such a nice art piece for me on Mother's Day. She did a wind charm for me and I saw it in her bag... I took it out and asked her if it was for me... she said ''NO'' :(

Giselle Room Part 2!

Finally the masterpiece is fully completed today....

3 of us were having a hard time putting up the Tinkerbell Wall mural....

Giselle was so happy with her room! :) Many thanks to Ms Angela and Ms Rose for making a fantasy room happening....

Giselle Room Decor Part 1...

Ms Angela and Ms Rose took the efforts to come to my house to help paints Giselle room evening it was raining heavily this morning...

Giselle was rather shy when she 1st saw them at the door but after awhile, she began to warm up. She even did help a tiny winy bit to help paint the mushrooms... haha

Ms Rose flipped through one of the Disney book that Giselle has and started to draw on the wall. After which, Ms Angela began the painting together with her.



It's really not easy seeing the process and I really couldn't do it myself. Even the different tones on the leaves, I definitely cannot achieve it. Ms Rose said tones are needed to make the picture more lively. Tried asking them to face camera and take some pictures with my camera but they are too camera shy. Hence, only can see their back views... hahaha

They came at about 11+am and left at about 7.30pm. The big empty space on the wall is for the TinkerBell wall mural to be pasted on. They will be coming next weekend to complete the wall as more blue painted are needed to complete it.....
