A Little Update on Her...

On tue morning, I refused to wear her diapers and I told her that I am very angry with her and I walked away. Then Adrian came over and sat beside her at the sofa. She went to him and told him “Mummy angry”. I heard it while I was in the kitchen as was very surprised, then she can relay messages in sentences”.

Ms Angela told him she did the same in the class too. When her classmate was naughty touching something that they should have, Vivian and her went to report to Ms Angela. The conversation went like this:

Vivien: “Ms Angela, Lay Lay… Lay Lay…”
Ms Angela: “What about Lay Lay?”
Giselle: “… touched this!!!..” Pointing to the object on the floor..

Haha, I find kids at her age are so cute… now starting to report stories to their teachers… hahaha

Giselle now really like to sing and sing.. her favourite songs now are 1) Wheels on the bus, 2) Row your Boat, 3) If you are happy. Now everytime I will sing “If you are happy”, she will do the action like clapping hands or shout “hooray”. She really have a lot of actions to show me everyday and every nite will sing & sing till she falls asleep.

For the past few weeks, she has acquired the skills of wearing her own strappy shoes without any help. Really another advancement for her as I kept worrying in the past why can’t she do that yet.

Starting this week, I have also took her to take MRT home after I picked her up for her school. Initially she has a little fear of the train when it moved fast in front of her, but she was ok when I carried her to assure her. I think she enjoyed the walking journey as she can see a lot things around her like birds, people and she got really excited.
