Baking Session with her...

Since still have ingredients at home n I don't have activity for Giselle, I decided to let her have another round of baking session.

We did chewy oatmeal cookies n I weighted all d ingredients for her to mix. As usual, she was very anxious to pour everything at 1 go into d mixture bowl.

Basically, it is a very simple receipe n kids love d cookies. One thing good about homebaked items is that I can control d amount of sugar into d cookies or cakes.

Some Updates on my Current Pregnancy

Just visit my Dr Loh last evening which is about 31 weeks of my pregnancy. Giselle's baby brother is about 1.53kg now. He said my tummy looked abit big but baby is of normal weight. So nothing to worry about though everyone has been thinking that I am going to give birth soon. Dr Loh said alot of gases in my tummy... haha.

The good news is that didi's head is down now and his placenta has moved up, I can opt for natural birth this round :)

Giselle, thinking she would be excited to see her didi during the scan on the monitor, was busy playing with my iphone.... Haha, nevertheless, all these while I could sense her excitement about her baby brother and she would sing songs to her didi at night. Maybe it is because we told her if she sings and talk to didi more, he would recognise her immediately after birth :)

For me, I just have to continue to pray hard that everything will be smooth smooth....

Just for record purposes, didi weight was about 650g at week 23, 1.18kg at week 27 :)

2nd Day of School

1st Day at Kindergarten

After a long school holiday, Giselle is finally back to school this morning.

Had asked her to sleep early last night so that she could wake up on time. Well, the wet n rainy weather this early morning doesn't make it encouraging for all d kids to wake up for school though.

Anyway..., Giselle is promoted to K1 this year and her class name is JOY. She seems very happy to see her previous classmates again and her usual form teacher, Mrs Ng.

I would say she is lucky to be in this class under Mrs Ng again as she got herself a good n caring teacher. Academic wise, this is also a better class compared to the other K1 class.

Guess I can't be a lazy mommy at home too. Haha.

My 1st Cake of 2010

I haven't been baking eversince I got pregnant again. Mainly because I can't withstand d long standing time.

But after I bought a tummy support belt last night, I could bake with a breeze!

So did a Golden Citrus Chiffon for my 小宝贝!

Last Day of 2009

Nothing much to do today except I brought Giselle to NTUC to do some groceries shopping and later to friend house for a meal.

Thereafter in d evening, her daddy asked her to help wash his car. It's her 1st time n I think she enjoyed splashing water at d car n on herself. Haha!

At night, we headed to Great World City to have dinner at Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao...

Yummy Food by Auntie Ezee

We were invited to Ezee's house for a nice home-cooked lunch this afternoon. She has cooked, sweet sour fish, and braised pork ribs with special bean sauce from HK and also bak choy abalone with fish balls and tofu soup. The adults had enjoyed the food and chatting very much and the kids were so engrossed in their toys play.

Raphael is such a lovely kid, once we were at the house, he said "Welcome to my house!" :)

Merry Christmas to All!!!!

Christmas season has always been special to Giselle because it is a period when she will receive lots of presents. The joy doubled each year as she grows older too...

We brought her to The Central to watch a ice-skating show by some Australian performers. She was so fancinated by the performance that she really watched with deep concentration... haha.. Actually I know she will enjoy such live shows :)

As it was near our reservation time for the dinner at Watami, we have to try to convince her to leave the show...

As usual, the service and food was great @ Watami and we had a table with a good view of the Singapore River.

My christmas present to her this year was a Hello Kitty dollhouse :)

Christmas Party @ Daddy's New Office!

Her Daddy has just moved his office from Orchard to Jalan Bukit Ho Swee at the The Equation Building earlier this Dec. This office is much bigger compared to the previous premise and location is very convenient too.

Since is a new office and Christmas is just round the corner, he organised a party for his staff and associates to have some fun...

And as usual, our dear Giselle is having her fair share of fun too! :)
